It was important that the consulting firm did not sell any insurance products and would not become our broker of record. This way their advice could be truly objective. KBIC Consulting delivered a detailed report that included action items that were implemented. The overall savings to The County exceeded $400,000 which also coincided with enhancements to the program.”
